Hi guys I need your advice and help with my third cycle....I did before 2 cycles...First was just test cyp 500mg week 10 weeks + pct 4weeks and 3moths off second was test cyp 600mg 10 weeks deca 400mg 8 weeks + pct 4 weeks but now I'm 5 moths off......also I didnt like second cycle because I think it was to much for my body..... I got lots of spots and water retention also in my 2 cycle I start in 6 week using ai-arimidex 0.5 because my guy did have any when I need that and he told me I don't really need ai...but now I know he was telling me bulshit....So would like to cut fat and gain more muscle.
My diet was on both cycles for bulk....
1. 100g porridge + 100gfruits + 2 scoops of whey protein 2. rice/pasta 100g + 200g meat/fish + veggies + 5g olive oil 3. rice/pasta 100g + 200g meat/fish + veggies + 5g olive oil 4. rice/pasta 80g + 200g meat/fish + veggies + 5g olive oil 5. rice/pasta 80 + 200g/ meat/fish + veggies + 5g olive oil or most oft he time 5th meal was cheat meal 6. 2 scoops of whey protein + 250 greek yogurt or 250g fish
Now I m thinking to try Ketogenic diet for my third cycle...
My stats is:

181cm
90kg
Bodyfat around 15-20% I think Im not realy sure about it
week 1-12 - test cyp 500mg E3D week
week 1-8 - tren ace 75mg EOD week
week 7-12 - winstrol oral 50mg EOD week
week 7-11 - t3 50mcg 7week 25mcg...8week 50mcg...
9week 75mcg...10week 50mcg...11week 25mcg
AI - arimidex 0.5mg EOD 1-12week
PCT - week 14-18
nolvadex - 40/40/20/20
clomid - 100/100/50/50
First photo its before cycle 81kg second is after first cycle 90kg third photo is end of the second cycle 100kg and last photo 89-90kg now 5moths off.
