I also strongly doubt that tren is needed. After all, its pluses cover its big minuses. Although I know there are big fans of tren, I am not among them.

Sure he’s homely and not lean, but I thought maybe he had good advice. There was one video where he showed the people who “don’t want you to take gear and why” and it made lots of sense
