That is just too much volume, and really when you do this you are working more on muscular endurance that anything else, so if this is what you want then fine but for hypertrophy the 5x5 or something like that will produce better gains.
I did this program a few times before, and really didn't get much out if it except for VERY sore legs after squats. To get bigger you need to get stronger, and 10x10 for strength is far from ideal.
