Yes I will and do. I always do man. I take beginning photos and log everything. We all should. We are playing with our bodies here fellas. But I shit you not. With eating right and stacked Dbol with sust. I have put on 5lbs in the last week. Mostly water at this point but its a good sign of what we want.
