Would not do anything with aromasin or BP meds until a few weeks on cycle. You’re taking 500 mg not 2 grams. Lots of guys can run over a gram with normal BP. The E2 levels - just pull bloods after 4 weeks and assess if you need the aromasin.

because i get really high fasting blood sugar levels quickly, so i want to have optimized; I don't think reta alone is enough.

It only happens at insanely high doses. I am going to use 6 IU instead of 8, btw. I am also not running this cycle for years, of course.
