Thoughts on this stack??

Hey bros,

I was thinking of using Green Mag/White Flood/Purple Intrain while on cycle with HydroWhey & Weight Gainer, BCAA, Vitamins, fish oil.

Can you detail your supplement timeline for a typical day plz. Also, what brand of gainer?

Will do,

Fish Oil/Flaxseed Oil - with every meal.

White Flood - Pre-workout, 30-45mins before training
Green MAG - 1 serving mixed w/White Flood
Green MAG - 1.5 serving immediately after workout w/Protein Shake consisting of fruits.
Purple Intrain - 2 servings during workout.. (May switch for a different Intra-workout supp i.e SizeOn)

RealMass 1/2 serving mixed w/1 serving HydroWhey & Fruits - between meals w/snack. i.e sandwich/sub.

HydroWhey - Immediately after workout/Morning/Before Bed.

BCAA - with shakes (between meals) before/after workout. 2 caps.

Locks pretty solid, I have a couple suggestions if i may

1) If you go with fish oil for your EFA, take 500 iu of vitamin D with each serving as a preservative for the fish oil once inside your body.

2) Space your post workout GreenMag and protein shake at least 30 min apart, the GreenMag being first. This way they do not interfere with one another's absorption and function.

3) Hydrowhey before bed is a waste. Whey hydrolysate is the most simple form of whey protein thereore it has immediate bioavailability with very little processing from your body. Hydrowhey is absorbed very quickly and protein needed at the moment is utilized while the remainder is oxidized for energy or stored as sugar. Laymans terms: your body has used whatever it will need out of it in about 30 minutes. Casein is a better choice for bedtime protein. It takes several hours for your body to breakdown in a resting state and therefore gives you a steady stream of amino acids throughout the night to prevent catabolism.

What kind of EFA do you use? and I will use 500iu of Vitamin D, where can I purchase this? Thanks

It does! I just hate Cassein, tastes too chalky to me.. also, have you had experience with this CL stack??(Controlled Labs)

I use Vitamin Shoppe brand "Meg 3 Fish Oil" along with Vitamin Shoppe Brand vitamin E. Its a cheap, but still quality product. I personally have only used the AM/PM REDuction fat burner from Controlled Labs, however I have several friends who compete that use Controlled labs religiously.

One more pointer: I have to put fiber (psyllium husks) in my casein, otherwise it locks my intestines up and makes me miserable. This isn't the case for everyone, but its a good precaution.
