Locks pretty solid, I have a couple suggestions if i may
1) If you go with fish oil for your EFA, take 500 iu of vitamin D with each serving as a preservative for the fish oil once inside your body.
2) Space your post workout GreenMag and protein shake at least 30 min apart, the GreenMag being first. This way they do not interfere with one another's absorption and function.
3) Hydrowhey before bed is a waste. Whey hydrolysate is the most simple form of whey protein thereore it has immediate bioavailability with very little processing from your body. Hydrowhey is absorbed very quickly and protein needed at the moment is utilized while the remainder is oxidized for energy or stored as sugar. Laymans terms: your body has used whatever it will need out of it in about 30 minutes. Casein is a better choice for bedtime protein. It takes several hours for your body to breakdown in a resting state and therefore gives you a steady stream of amino acids throughout the night to prevent catabolism.
