Thymosin Alpha 1

I started with TA-1 and then did KPV adding BPC/TB and then a couple weeks later GHKcu. Dropped KPV after two weeks and did 8 weeks of BPC/TB with 6 weeks of GHkcu. I added KPV back after finishing the GLOW. I’ve learned KPV helps with inflammation and immune system balancing while BPC helps with tissue repair.

Currently I am doing my stent of SS-31 to work on mitochondria cleanup, I have a whole post on here about it. Finally past all the detox feelings and getting back to normal. Dropped my ta-1 back to every 3 days and 1/2 pill of Claritin every other day. Once I do the 30 days of SS-31 I’ll do Mots-c. Repair and cleanup mitochondria with SS-31 and reactive and energize with mots-c.

Can I ask what you have noticed from the kpv and TA1 in terms of immune system and overall health? If anything of course.

I haven't looked into kpv, ss-31 or mots-c yet but I will do some research. I'm pretty Interested in the sound of bio regulators, again I have to do more research and there is not a lot of research on them from what ive found, they seem pretty hard to get compared to typical oils and peptides but do sound promising.

This entire post is my experience with TA-1 and I made a different post for SS-31. KPV has kind of been my tag along and I have written anything specifically on it but I notice my Reta acid reflux isn’t a thing while on it. Plus my inflammation is even lower. Mots-c will happen after my current run of SS-31.

Thanks for this thread. Took my first shot yesterday, 2,5mg, a bit too much I realize. Today im feeling nauseous and tired but I also began taking hgh yesterday (3iu) so unsure of what is what.

Shouldnt have started both at the same time ofcourse in hindsight.

Want to be less prone for getting colds from heavy cardio training and lower hay fever.

Yea my max on TA-1 was 1mg daily, I might have bumped up to 1.5mg a couple of times but normal was 1mg. I started really low though.

Good luck, it is a great pep.

Yeah that sounds like a more intelligent approach :)

I am going to go with once weekly dosing just because I dont want my morning routine to not go completely bonkers with injections, probably not ideal but also probably not useless from what I have read.

(I do the same schedule with HCG, Tirz and some others)

The standard recommendation of 1,6mg 2-3x weekly just seems like they decided on splitting a 5mg vial over a weeks time and not the end result of some delicate trial and error / finetuning.

Since I bought 5mg vials I guess I'll either mimic that dosage or go with 4 injections of 1,25mg.

Might go heavier in the beginning if I feel I tolerate it and then do some kind of maintenance period.

Dosage is pretty standard at every 3 days as it matches the effective life of 48 hours. I don’t know that a weekly dose will do much for you. When I am preparing for travel, or when I was starting and super sick I did every day.

Alright, I may rethink the approach then, pinning twice a week wouldn´t be such a hassle.

I'll keep track of my level of snoring through my sleep tracker and report back if I notice something. I tend to snore around 40 minutes per night, and I've noticed its usually a sign of where I am infection wise / allergy wise.

If I have a night with low snoring I'm usually able to increase the amount of Cardio training I can do without getting sick after.

Estrogen level and bloat also tends to affect it.

You know it takes a bit for TA-1 to regulate your immune system right? It is meant to run for 2 weeks spring and fall, it hasn’t been overly helpful for acute problems. More like planning ahead to regulate.

Yeah that's what I figured, not expecting too much off the bat.

Did another shot (1,25mg) last night and woke up with some heartburn but im a lot less nauseous than after the first shot so I'm hoping its a temporary thing if its even related to the TA.
