Reality TV star sues Charger over incident

[SIZE=-1]In the suit, filed Monday afternoon in San Diego Superior Court, Nguyen who uses the stage name Tila Tequila alleges that on the night of Sept. 5 she and Merriman got into a dispute over his temper, his drug use and derogatory comments toward her. She accused him of assault, battery and false imprisonment.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=-1]She said she refused to take drugs and that upset Merriman, who she alleges responded, You dont have a choice.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=-1]Later in the suit, she alleges she again told Merriman she was against his personal drug use (steroids, ecstasy, pot), alleges he slept with a minor, and allowed an associate to manufacture Ecstasy in Merrimans home with the linebackers consent and aid.[/SIZE]
