Timing daily gh and thyroid dosing

My wife's doc is recommending that she defer her cup of coffee for 45 after her morning dose of hgh and thyroid. Anyone aware of the rational for this?

I do recall reading something about cafeine affecting HGH therapy. I'll see if I can find it again.

Figures.....I looked and looked on the other sites to see where I read it and guess what? It was a post by Headdoc stating that he had read it somewhere! LOL!!!!

I did a search on the web and still didn't find anything.

the pharmacist suggested that taking the thyroid on an empty stomach is suggested because it dies not absorb well. She did not think that the hgh would be affected.

I want my guys to take it as early as possible in order to reduce endogenous inhibition as best we can. Just like the GH.
