Timing of pre-workouts

About 60 minutes for me on halo. Never really used dbol as a PWO and never run drol.

My last break is at 2pm for 10 minutes and I'll chug one of my shakes at that time. About 900 calories and 50g of carbs. Get off work at 3:30pm, drive home and change, slam a cup of coffee and head to the gym. I get there at 4:00-4:15.

Thanks brother. I'm think the timing on my halo is off. I'm going give it more time tomorrow, before I completely call it bunk.
 
i would say 1-2 hours PWO would be best from what all ive read.

good Halo just seems like a total unicorn for me. probably why i will never get some. if only upjohn still made it....
 
Dbol I did 2 hours pre workout. Halo I did 10mg 1 hour pre and another 10 20mins pre workout found that worked perfectly by the one I was done my 15min warm up. For normal preworkout I take it right before I leave my house and it hits me about 5mins away from the gym (10mins after taking it) then I start to lay on the throttle like a mad man with my bike :D
 
Taken halo twice, if it is real halo that is.

First time was on a full stomach, 20mg. 60 minute lead time. Felt good, focused but had more aggression/drive the longer it was in me.

Second time was on an empty stomach with 2 cups of black coffee. Very real power jump, very real. 2 hour lead time

I'm going to give it another go in the morning and do a basic BB workout.

How far is your drive to the gym? To be honest with you I'm a pretty calm guy. Unless someone fucks with my family. I've had an instance where my senior enlisted Non- Commissioned Officer didn't allow me to go take the keys to my ex. She was locked out and my 8 month old son at the time was out of formula. I totally blacked out. Even those closest to me didn't know who I was at the moment. Once it was all said and done I got a slap on the wrist. But all the shit that was written in the report I don't remember saying. I asked those that were there and they all said yep you said and did those things. When I snapped out of it I was zip tied like a hog. Tren gives me some aggression but it's a controlled aggression. That is because I know what it can due to people so, I'm cognizant of how I act or react.

That's why I want to get some fucking real Halo to see how the aggression is while on tren.

I'd take this and I'd be a mad man at the gym.

One thing about me my body adjust really fast to what I put in it. If I use the or TRNE to often it has no effect on me or I have to pin 3-6ccs

Halo definitely on an empty stomach and with pink grapefruit juice makes a huge difference as opposed to just water with a full stomach

The empty stomach was a factor, that I'm sure of.

So it's best to take these on empty stomach pre-workout?
 
If I can't my hand on good halo drol will do. @theprodgicalson son and spoke on this and his pre-workout concoction. Iiked his layout. My layout for a meet would be:

*Halo if I can get good halo.
Test/Tren Suspension
Drol and Adderall

I'd take 3 Adderall with me split them in quarters. On each last attempt I'd take half an Adderall. Lol

Cialis 10mg 4 hours preworkout
Halo 10mg 1 hour preworkout
Halo 10mg 20mins preworkout
Test suspension 150mg 30mins pre
Mr. Hyde 1 scoop 15mins preworkout
Ephidrene 32mg 1 hour preworkout

I was an absolute monster that day and it's never been even close to how beastly I felt.

My drive to the gym is 15mins

Fuck that's a crazy stack. Doesn't Mr. Hyde have a caffeine profile?
 
Oh ya it does! I was stimmed to the tits and if I recall correct actually I had 40mcg of clen too. Highly recommend not to do it but also best gym day ever

Man when I used to take adderral and workout I would worry about death. I became crazy addicted to the stuff and haven't touched it in 6 years. I had a 200mg a day addiction.

Holy shit 200mg. I have so much Adderall it's not even funny. But I only use it maybe once a month. When take Adderall it's only 50mg time released.

Now the Drs have prescribed me provigil/modafinil. It's not as potent as Adderall, but I feel more focused and I don't crash from modafinil.

All the meds I get from the VA that I use here and there, I can probably start a pharmacy. Lol
 
Honestly I could just take my dbol every morning with breakfast and even if I worked out in the afternoon or evenings I'd still get wicked pumps.

Maybe I should have focused more on the timing? Do you guys think it matters that much?
