Timing of Test E injection and peak levels

If I wanted to see my peak levels after injecting test E, when should I get my levels checked? 48 hours after injection?

depends on a few variables:
what is the carrier oil?
are you injecting SQ or IM?
where you are injecting (plays less of a role)?
how fast do you metabolize it....

the peak could be anywhere from 1-4 days after shot...
