Tired all the time.

It's bad that there are no such doctors, but how do the guys from the UK control their tests?

What do you mean "control their tests"?

If you mean how do they keep the tests hidden from their GP, that's simple, they go private and use these online testing services.

The only thing these online services want from you is your money. They don't need to know who your GP is and they don't need to see your medical records either. They ask you a few basic questions about your health and lifestyle but that's all.

I talked about the fact that the doctor should fully conduct tests, taking into account sports and taking medications, taking into account these tests.

It doesn't work like that in UK bro unless you're a professional athlete with your own coach and private physician.

These online services just analyse your sample in their own labs and then send you the test results with a report from one of their in-house specialists with some basic advice about your health status.

You can then decide if you wanna go and dicuss any specific health issues with your GP and get help or treatment.

It's a very bad situation, as far as I can see. Good thing I don't live there.

It's not great and being able to get free regular tests from your GP would be ideal but I can see why the NHS won't allow coz it would just encourage people to keep using black market underground steroids and allsorts of other illegal drugs that risk their health and then expect the health service to look after them and treat them after they've fucked themselves up.

If you wanna use gear you have to accept the health risks and if you wanna be monitored and checked regularly you have to pay for it and go private if you choose to self medicate with underground illegal drugs.

A GP might help you once or twice if you declare you've got an addiction to steroids and are worried about your health but he/she would expect you to follow the advice and stop using them and go to therapy sessions etc.

There is no chance that a GP or the NHS will support your choice to use steroids and other drugs and give you free health care while you're fucking yourself up. You would only be given help to try and stop and that seems reasonable to me TBF.

That's right, this situation leads to the use of clandestine steroids and the lack of traffic control, this is a very bad situation and leads to big health problems.

I have a private GP that is okay monitoring me. However, the few times I have seen him. He will always tell me to stop, but I suppose he probably has to say that as he has a duty of care.

I already said going private is the only way to get regular hormone and health tests done for gear users in other replies bro but usually when someone uses the term GP in UK it refers to a free NHS practioner and not a private doctor or personal physician.

In private healthcare the Doctors might be a little bit more lenient coz you're paying top dollar for a special personal service but I think even a private clinic would have a limit to how long you would be monitored for regularly before they warned you that care was being terminated if you continued using black market underground drugs off the internet and self medicating.

The legal ramifications of condoning and supporting steroid and PED use would be very serious for a healthcare provider.

And what experience does he have with an athlete in terms of the use of drugs and tests?

This is, in my opinion, a very deplorable and not good situation in the UK.

It's only bad for steroid users and junkies and others who take risks with their health bro. Private healthcare here is fantastic if you can afford it and you live a normal life.

My Mum gets private healthcare and the speed she gets treatment is so much faster than anything I've had for free with the NHS. She can get operations done almost as soon as a problem arises whereas I would need to be referred to hospital by my GP and then go on a waiting list and maybe wait 6-12 months for the same operation.

Yes, it's good that, in general, medicine is in good condition, it's good that your mother is under complete control.

And about the guys who take steroids, it's a pity, they are also people, but they take risks.

I am not sure. He will just look at all my blood markers, make sure nothing is looking sinister or out of check and gets me to check my BP everyday at different times, as stress and anxiety can cause an increase as you probably know.

If I want a proper heart study then I have to go elsewhere to a cardiologist. I am going for calcium and plaque build up and getting everything checked. That is expensive. However, all I need to do is tell my GP I am worried about my heart as something doesn't feel right, then I will get it free. I am so lucky with my local GP, she's an awesome eccentric American and literally gives me whatever I need (within reason). I think because of a difference in culture, she is much more willing to listen to me and prescribe me pretty much what I want. The rest of the English GP's are usually quite rude, judgmental and don't put themselves in the mindset of the patient.

It is great that there are such doctors, they are more humane and more sensitive to our problems. And not like robots work according to a template, and no matter who sits in front of them.

So my thyroid blood work results have come back, everything looks fine!
Just waiting for my hormone test results, I have attached the results for my thyroid.

Don't throw gear at the problem till you get your foundation right. Gear should be the icing on the cake not the cake itself. First step get your diet right, eat plenty of meat, eggs, vegies, fruit, rice, etc. Try to remove processed and sugary foods. Even though you might not feel like it, try to get some exercise at least 4-5 times a week, walking, bike riding, lifting light weights, anything you enjoy. lf your stressed , meditation or even exercise will help with that. Lastly the 1 supplement l would recommend is Tongkat ali 10% Eurycomanone, it is sold by Nootropics in the US. Take 1 tablet with breakfast and 1/2 to 1 tablet with dinner. Make sure you take it with food because this stuff is the strongest tonkat l have ever tried and can make you nauseous without food. This Tonkat increases my Total Test levels by 30-40% over a 2-3 month period confirmed by blood test. If you do all of this you should see improvement in your energy levels in 4-6 weeks. You can still check other blood markers while your doing this.

Does this only increase Test levels whilst taking the Tongkat?
