700mg/day TMG should do the trick. I use Source Naturals brand. It comes in a 750mg tablet. Bought it mail order, as I do all my supplements....much cheaper that way.

Has anyone posted there blood test showing there Total E going down using TMG with Indoloplex/DIM. Here is were I get mine.
