Hey everyone, I am TheMuscleMan. I am new here but not to the forums, I have been around since the late 90`s and I have been on more boards than I can count. I am on about 10 boards now. I am 6`, 255lbs and I have been lifting for 28 years. I like the activity on this board and I hope to contribute when I can and to learn along the way.
