Hello mother fuckers.

I'm back. I've settled in at the new job, have taken my ample time off to recover... I'll be posting here throughout this 12 week cut. Any questions, ask. I'm currently battling a wrist injury. I am maybe 50% right now. But I say by next week I'll be good to go.

CYCLE:
  • WK 1-12 600mg tren e
  • WK 1-12 500mg mast e
  • WK 1-12 200-300mg sust
  • WK 2-6 30mg superdrol
  • WK 8-12 30mg superdrol
  • WK 8-12 50mg winstrol
  • WK 2-12 tapering/pulsing clen 4 on 4 off 4 on
CALORIES:

Calories will be at 2800 every day. I will have a base of 2000 calories everyday. During this base I will hit 225g protein - 225g cabs - 20g fat ||| The other 800 calories I will allow whatever staying under 20g sugar. This is a recomposition / test run.. Where will I end up? No idea. I will obviously adjust as going. The goal is to hit 6% bodyfat and let the drugs do the work.


TRAINING:

Training I have no idea about yet.. Anyone wanna throw some ideas or anything my way? Let's go.

Fuck man, it looks like you just got done with a cut. 12 weeks of cutting? You will probably be at 6% BF in half that time.

Damn, dude...that ab separation is ridiculous! Have no advice to give on the cycle but I'll be following along for the inspiration.

I will be running something similar this summer, but with EQ instead of mast, and aromasin as the only oral. Maybe winny. Never tried it.

I'm in for it. Let's get it!

It's a simple process. Learn it, follow it.

Wrist still hurt like a son of a bitch but I was able to row some and do some hammer gripped biceps and triceps, along with some traps and calves. No gym tomorrow, legs Friday. I can't wait to start everything, I believe I'll have a "stage" presence within 7 weeks.

I've never looked at his programs. But he's pretty fucking big.
Also Jeff Cavalier with AthleanX on the you tube is pretty smart. Doing a couple of his exercises makes a huge difference in how ya feel it.

I'll take a look into just to learn some things... but we both know it will probably be a no. I'll read though!

Okay. Third shot was done today. Nice and smooth as can be. I've gotten like two hot flashes today...

I think I'm pregnant.
 
Alright. Figured I'd do some actual updating and a log for everyone to see.. Plus it holds me accountable everyday.

The breakdown.. I try to see how shredded I can be in 52 days (counting tomorrow) until I head off for vacation. I have no idea where I will end up. I'm unsure of how much I can do in this amount of time. We will see.

From now on I'll be logging everything as I go; training, food, bullshit, etc.

Training;
I will actually be following a program. Jay Cutler's Living Large 8 week program. I am only going to change two minor things. One, the days. The original days of the split are:

M: Chest
T: Arms
W: Rest
T: Back
F: Shoulders
S: Legs
S: Rest
The split I'll change it to is..
M: Chest
T: Arms
W: Back
T: Shoulders
F: Legs
S: Rest
S: Rest

*In the training I will not change a thing except on back days in the split he has an assisted t bar row.. I do not have that so I will be doing mine standing and pendlay style. The bent over rows I will row with more trap.

It's back to the basics for me. Nothing crazy. I'll still use my hand grips, and tempos. Just a nice layout. I will change a few minor things. But nothing crazy. I'm going to try to print the PDF and take a picture everyday and post it.
