Not trying to start a flame war but this may not have been naps error could have been a needle sterility issue. That hair could have been in a needle and ended up in the vial.
Just looking at every possible angle.
Also with all this complaining of sterile products just ordered pharmaceutical grade products and you won't have that issue so quit complaining and stop ordering ugl stuff pay more or deal with the problems ugls have. Most of these guys are working out of the basement with third world country what did you expect did you expect it to be a lab? So let's not beat a dead horse.
Scary but true...55 people dead from injections of a FDA regulated US based pharmaceutical companies compound.

Wow 55 dead out of a billion injections a year sound less than even .01 percent of 1% do the math billions of injections a year and your going to worry about 55 people ok maybe I won't cross the street either a car might run me over really you girls or juiced up monkeys?
Absolutely. I can give you his injection protocol.
He alcohol swabs the top of the bottle and the injection site. He uses a new needle for the draw and injection. He opened the package, removed cap and draws out 1cc then does the injection. He did the same exact procedure for the second injection.
I asked if he drew any air into the needle before putting it into the bottle to draw out his dose. He said he didnt because it was a new bottle. He said he doesnt need to introduce any air into the bottle till its down a few cc's and creating a vacuum.
This makes it virtually impossible to introduce the 'hair' into the bottle. Nor does it explain both injection spots becoming infected.
Speaking with the doctor he said it was highly unlikely that any residual bacteria on the skin after the alcohol swab would cause such a severe infection so quickly and said it was most likely a bacteria contaminated bottle but it would need to be tested to know for sure.
The needles he was using were individually packaged BD's.
Still no word from naps?
I doubt these UGLs are brewing out
Of bathtubs, in 3rd world countries..
