I just want all of you Veterans out there, past and present, to know that I am so thankful and so appreciative of the sacrifices you have made to make our country what it is. Those of you who know me know that I am not much for words, so this is hard for me. I am so proud of all of you. Thankyou for everything you have done and everything you are still doing. I know that it often must seem that our country doesn't support you Soldiers with all of the bullshit going on in the media, but that is not true. We all back you 100% and love you all. I have so much respect for you all I can't even describe it. Thankyou for sacrificing so much. I can only hope that someday I will be half the man that you Veterans are.
Take care bros, and thankyou once again,
Ryan aka Massive

The soldier stood and faced his God,
For lives will always pass
He hoped his shoes were shining
just as brightly as his brass

Step forward now you soldier,
How shall I deal with you?
Have you always turned the other cheek?
To my bible always true?

The soldier snapped to attention
and said no Lord, I guess I ain't
it seems that we who carry guns,
can't always be a saint.

I've had to work most Sundays,
although it has been rough
And sometimes I've been violent,
because the job was tough

But I never took a penny
that wasn't mine to keep.
though I worked a lot of overtime,
when bills became too steep.

I never passed a cry for help,
but often shook with fears.
And sometimes, God forgive me,
I have wept unmanly tears.

I know I don't deserve a place
among these good folks here
They never wanted me around,
unless a war was near

but if you have a place for me
Lord, it need not be too grand
I never had or needed much
Im sure you understand

A silence fell around the throne
where saints had often trod.
A dead Marine with baited breath
feared judgement from his God.

Step forward now, you soldier
you've borne your burdens well.
Walk peacefully on Heavens Streets,
you've spent your time in hell.

I greatly appreciate you guys as well. I think we sometimes take the positives of our country for granted such as our freedom, our land, and our safety (thanks to our soldires). We are lucky

its not just the people in the military, when I was in the Marine Corps, I had trust in my country, that is what makes us, the country, the people in it, so matter if your in the military or not, everyone contributes to this country, are jobs are different, but when we unite as one it is a great power.

You typed it right Massive! I send my sentiments out to those who are bench-pressing mortar and putting up with all that shit over there. Thanks for kicking ass!
