I see people buying bulk. But, what if you don't have vials for your personal purchase?

1. Go to a Pharmacy
and look for a 10ml to 30ml glass cough syrup bottle or any glass small bottle for that matter.
2. Glass or not to glass or not to glass that is the ?
Glass, most definitely glass. Can't trust plastic especially if it ain't BPA Free.

We all know plastic isn't the best choice.
3. Empty the vial.
Wash with soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Also the lid. Take out the seal inside the lid. You will be left either all plastic or all tin. This is what you want because the seal inside can still contaminate the gear.
Speaking from experience
(Note: There will be aroma left, people have asked about it no need to worry. Doesn't do nothing to the gear nor you)
4. Sterilize without an Autoclave
There are very easy ways to sterilize. Veterans will tell you to put into an oven at 180 degrees for 35 - 45mins. In most cases on the shelf glass bottles are genuinely not tempered.
Grab a bottle of Miltons Baby Sanitizer Liquid and follow the instructions to sterilize both the glass bottle and lid.
(Note: Regardless, when I was selling gear in Australia. I made sure sterility was due to work ethic not laziness. I would fill my bath tub after King White and pour in the Miltons Solution. UGL's in Australia are notorious for not sterilizing the vials at all. Straight from the packet, vialr and crimp. Arseholes!)
4. Bake or wait?
Bake: 180 - 240 degrees in the oven 35 - 45mins as long as they are tempered glass.
Wait: I have a good hand full of fighters who I train alongside and I have taught them in the past if they don't have an oven(Thailand Condos/Apartments/Units generally have no ovens, house yes the former no) to follow the same procedure as for after baking.
After, baking or sterilizing. Make sure no air cons or fans are 'OFF' they harbor a lot of flying bacteria. Spread out sheets on Tin Foil and shake the excess water off and out of the sterilized glass bottle. Do not wipe with any type of material. It's leaves behind fine cotton threads see-able by customers. If they have been baked same following procedure.
Turn the vials and lid upside on the tin foil.
If they are baked come back the next day for cool down. It's about 45 - 60mins before they do cool down.
For the fighters I told them to put the tray in the direct sunlight so they vial and hit there gear sooner.
(Note: With stoppers for vials you can also sterilize the same and bake them too. But keep watch!)
5. Finished
Pour contents from your bulk 'discreet packaging' into your glass bottle. Seal and done.
6. Injection
Place the glass bottle on the bench. For guys and girls with big hands, make a hole in an egg carton and squeeze your bottle through it. It holds the bottle quite good.
Open of course. With a 18gauge chamber your gear to your desired dosage. Seal the lid back on. Swap for a 23gauge.
BANG!

Pros:
Less stress of ordering or finding vials for your future bulk purchases.
No credit card or asking people for a favor to buy vials on your behalf.
It is safe and a lot more faster than vials.
There are vials with screw on injection caps. Again, you run the risk of exposing yourself.
Ordering vials generally means in bulk. You only want 3 or 4 vials don't you?
Your glass bottle. For me I heat the label to peel it off. Save for after the bottle is sterilized and uhu-stick glue it back on. I store it in the medicines cabinet. When I was raided cops couldn't find nothing and look right pass all of my gear 6months cycle, I had kept in medicine bottles, virgin olive oil bottles, and the petrol can(I brought brand new without petrol
