Today's Bowl Games?

What do you all think about todays Bowl games:

Bowling Green (10-3) vs. Northwestern (6-6)-Bowling Green is fav. by 6 1/2

and the later game is:

Virgina Tech (8-4) vs. Cal (7-6)-VT is fav. by 3pts.

Think Bowling Green and VT will cover these spreads?

I'll start with the Va Tech game. I've seen Va Tech play on TV 3 or 4 times this year. Good defense, great special teams, see-saw offense (sometimes great other times not so good). They can certainly run the ball, but if they get behind early, it could be lights out due to their lackluster passing attack. Cal I know beat USC, but other than that I know nothing about 'em. So my pick is VT by 7.

I am amazed that Northwestern made it into a bowl game (yeah, I know the Big Ten and the BCS have a contract). They are 6-6 and lost to Miami of Ohio by 30. So I'm gonna go with Bowling Green by 14. And watch for that QB of BGSU he's good. Peace.

i am guessing that northwestern will choke at the end so bg will pull it out of their ass. as for cal. vt i think cal will win vt is another one of the always overrated teams just my guesses
