Dam, i am so happy for the filter process, the last vial, the black on the syringe broke off but was clearly caught in the filter. And i saw another small piece. It was clearly black from the syringe. Which so happy the fiter part is there. I would believe its safe since it was before it went through filter. As i did it no different from past experiences. Not sure why this happened this time.

Yeah what is the black of the syringe. If you actually meant to type "black" then that could mean the rubber stopper in the syringe body became disconnected from the plunger stick, and I don't see how that would do anything except make a mess as you tried to push the stopper with something else.
Now you could have meant to type "back" of the syringe but that just begs the question of what do you mean the back. It could mean the plunger stick again.

Yea, pieces of the back/black part or the rubber of the syringe broke off. No idea how, as it only happened with one vial as it was clear to see and not with any others. The plunger stick, tiny pieces like 3-4. Happened only with 1 vial, but the vial is clean as i shined i light in and none got through.
