Too many dudes doing chick workouts!!

Guys at my gym are starting to show up In stretch pants. The girls clothing is just getting smaller and perfume at the gym why? If you wanna train glutes, then train glutes. I go to the gym to work out, it is frustrating when people are just taking up space for some other reason.

Not perfume, you mean body spray. These modern day bitches are too broke for perfume

I have to say doing deadlifts, followed up by the hip thrust rogue machine, followed by leg press (then all accessory work) has helped heal my knees and increased my deadlift, and your hammys, glutes, grow amazing.

Edit- i am so quad dominant, the proportion's look bad, until i started this routine

Half rep squats and place a couple hundred lbs on a barbell, crush your nuts, and dry hump the fucking air with it!!

And these sissies wonder why they can’t get results. It’s a pandemic that needs to end, get em the hell out of the fucking gyms!!

I have a dirty secret.

To be honest. I do hip thrusts at home because, I don't have alot of ability for leg exercises other than a2g squats. If I go to the gym, there are many other options for leg exercises.

A2G squat, feet together squat, feet very far apart squat, normal squat, curtsie lunge, split squat, single leg RDL, lunges, side lunges, back lunges, foward lunges

And of course hip thrusts, or to make harder 1 leg straight and one leg on ground hip thrusts
 
Personally I got no problem chatting to people in the gym who are using shit form or struggling, I like helping them whether that be showing them the correct form or telling them what pre-workout I use. I’m also honest about gear but lie and say I’m a competitor and ‘NEED’ to use it, i then list all the bad things about gear in the hope it will put them off trying it (more so with the younger guys, the grown ups I am more honest with).

I don’t get asked for advice all the time but it does happen every so often and tbh I have nothing but respect for people who are trying to better themselves, even if your a 40 stone fat cunt walking into the gym for the first time, you have my respect for trying to do better.

I hate these people who post videos on YouTube of people in the gym doing exercises wrong… I don’t find it funny at all, I think it’s complete dickhead behaviour. Go over and fucking help the guy

EDIT: Obviously the dickheads who go to the gym just to pose for Instagram, sit on their phones and mess around can go fuck themselves. I agree completely.

There are those weird videos of people using mwchinee. Some people that don't follow directions on machines arent meant to be there though lol.
