I have been eating alot of
- egg yolks
-regular greek yogurt
-fish
-coconut milk
-nuts and seeds
-peanut butter
-hemp seeds ( high in fat)
-olive oil
These foods have been making up a large percentage ( in terms of calories) in my diet. I have an easier time getting calories up when I eat foods like these. Am I eating too much fat and is this unhealthy? Thanks
