Torn lat?

Sup guys, about two months ago I was doing weighted pull-ups I think I tore my lat possibly.. I did a few sets weighted of weighted pull-ups with a 45 pound barbell and did not feel anything tear or hurt. The next time I did a pull up 3 days later I couldn't do one without weights. I am feeling a sharp pain where my tricep meets my shoulder. Now you would think I tore my tricep but I feel no pain during tricep exercises, nor with shoulder exercises. I can even do most row exercise with minimal pain. But I still for the life of me can't do a single pull-up with out excruciating pain. It's been two months with out any progress. I don't feel any pain other than when I try to do a pull-up. Any advice on how to help heal or rehabilitate this injury?

Do you have large bruises covering the back from the blood?

Likely a teres major tear, if no bruising comes out it's probably a minor one (Grade 1), I had a Grade 2 with a bit of bruising from pulling heavy and needed a month to heal

This is a muscle tear, I tore my hamstring once and it looked worse than this calf.
If OP has a slight muscle tear it should repair itself extremely fast especially as the tear didn't cause any visible blood to surface.

Either way muscle or tendon strain, stop working that muscle and let it rest. Increase the blood flow in the area with heat or some prefer ice.
