Pretty good, the first result they gave me was capped at 1500 ng/dl
So I called them, they insisted it wasn't capped, because the machine would tell them its capped (or atleast use a ">" symbol)
I asked "do you trust the machine or do you trust me?" and she did not want to answer out of politeness
so I asked "If i am right, can I get a discount code for life?"
she said "how much?"
i say "20%"
She says " I see my coworker already gave that discount last time" (I'm a smooth operator)
so they went on to perform dilution (LC/MS) and I was vindicated.
