Tough even to clean bulk while doing 30,000 steps per day on test/primo.

I restarted TRT 18 weeks ago 160mgs test cyp and regained 15+ pounds really quickly. After 10 weeks of TRT, 8 weeks ago I started cycling again and did so in a stair step fashion to see what I could tolerate these days etc. I started with 300mg of test cyp per week for the first 3 weeks with 10mg of Dbol and I put on some water quickly low 190s-200 pounds QUICK which I didn't like so I dropped the dianabol... dropped back to 197... went to 500 test 3 weeks in and added 250mg primo for 4 weeks, and just jumped to my max level of 500 test + 500 primo this week. I will stick with 500/500 for another month perhaps longer and then head back to 160mg of test. I know many of you don't cycle like this, but I am trying to find a sweet spot for this test primo combo in larger doses. I have bloodwork coming in soon from 500 test/250 primo.

The thing is this... THE SCALE WON'T FUCKING BUDGE. I'm stuck in 197 hell. I thought I was going to add a good bit of weight because I have had about 30 pounds more on my frame years ago but it isn't happening. All of my weights are up by 1-2 reps or more weight every single workout in the gymnasium... especially my legs, they just keep leapfrogging reps and weights.

I went into this thinking I would "clean bulk" so maybe that is what I am getting, but I think there are 2 things happening

1. Primo is chopping my anabolism by cutting E2 wayyyy down which I will know soon from the bloods. I was on 200 test + 200 deca a couple of years ago and 10 pounds heavier and stronger in my weight logs doing nothing different than I am now.

2. I do 30,000 fucking steps per day bc I live in Manhattan which is probably 12 miles. So I am in a literally -1200 kcal state just from my need to walk for where I live and what I do. You'd think I would be ripped, but not really.

I feel like I am spinning my wheels. Maybe this is what primo is good for... and the strength gains in my weight training log don't lie.... just a bizarre situation to be on this much gear. It's further proving to me how weak of an anabolic primo actually is and it may even HINDER something like test.
 
Eat 4 candy bars a day if you are having problems with calorie intake. I don't get what is so hard. Gained size.

I wouldn't say you lost anabolism cause your e2 is low...



I never fully understood when people have problems eating to gain mass. Maybe it's cause I could let myself be a fatter than I want to and I have to fight to lose weight vs the other way around.
 
This is pretty simple.... Eat more

If you're gaining weight and it's fat, then look at your cycle.

You're not gaining weight, not muscle or fat, so that literally just means you're not eating enough.

If you're super concerned about what you're burning walking.... Drink Gatorade while you're walking your 30,000 steps

I wanted this to be a clean bulk. I don't want to destroy.my lipid profile any worse than I already am. I also don't want acne.

So eat more rice, oats and potatoes. Seriously, you literally just need to eat more. If you're under 6,000cals and 600g carbs you've got no room to be confused. Put the food in

What is exactly a clean bulk? To me a clean bulk is eating controlled caloric intake. Dirty bulk is blindly eating shit food.

I highly doubt it would destroy your lipid profile if you are exercising regularly.


Let's put it this way. You are putting all these drugs in your system and not any closer to reaching your goal because you are afraid of a little junk food. You are putting yourself at risk and wasting time.

I know I sound like a dick but I am just trying to help.

No that's a fair point. Not really a dick. I'm going to map out my calories... I'm not a competitive physique person. I log everything at the gym though. I basically eat the same things every day or mostly the same.

yesterday I ate this... I'll come back w kcal breakdowns and see where I am

breakfast - 1 egg + 1/2 cup whites, 2 servings of raisin bran crunch with whole milk, serving of pineapple

30g of protein whey clear isolate during my workout

lunch - 12 ounce sirloin with fries and bernaise sauce for lunch

dinner - 8 ounces of chicken with 2 yellow potatoes/carrots/1 serving of acini di pepe in a soup, 3 chocolate chip cookies and 2 miller high life beers


today so far

breakfast - 1 egg + 1/2 cup whites, 2 servings of frosted mini wheats with whole milk, serving of blackberries

old school vanilla metrx in almond milk

lunch - steak bowl w/nearly everything from chipotle

30g whey clear isolate during my workout

dinner - going out to a Georgian restaurant so will probably eat a ton


It's everyday like this... not dirty, not clean. Keep in mind I'm only 197 pounds at 5'8

My strength has exploded but again I don't know where it is all going bc I'm not getting much leaner and the scale isn't going up...

I'll try to make it simple for you to understand.

500test 500 primo = certain amount of lbm you can carry at this dosage with a dryer look cause it's a dht.
You weight is determined by your energy you spend and diet intake
example: 200lb drier look = 500test 500 primo

500test 250 deca= 208lb softer/meater look cause deca is more than twice anabolic than primo and 19nor

You can manipulate exactly what you want to weight with the look you like by making changes on your calories or on total dosage of anabolic.

You can balance perfectly on test/deca/mast or primo

It looks like roughly 3k calories a day? Target 4k?

Most of all. Are you happy? I am just saying if you are complaining the scale isn't moving eat more. I guess you could technically recomp but it would be slow.
 
As stated above you need more food. Your diet looks good you need to add at least another meal of 8oz meat and start with a 1/2 cup rice and a cup of greens. Also add a protein shake before bed.

My guess is that if I'm only taking in 3000 calories and burning 1200 per day just walking I should be getting shredded and I'm not.

I think the latter part is what is happening. I am probably slowly recomping. I wonder where 20 weeks of this would take me. Especially if I'm adding reps and weight every workout

Dude, I average 35k to 40k steps per day and have no problem bulking when I choose to. You're not eating up, period. If your goal is to bulk, eat more calorie dense food.
