Hi

A few years ago I had a shoulder re-stabilization opp (Bristow-Latarjet procedure ) after dislocating it about 40 times.
Im looking to build the chest and arms but put the minimum amount of stress on the shoulder.
Any tip?

Many thanks

Joe

I'd say machines and cables are your best and safest bet. Just don't go too heavy on it and you're gonna be fine. Maybe try some bodyweight exercises and concentrate more on the feel.

I think you need to work in simulators, choosing exercises with a minimum load on the shoulder, of course, according to your feelings.
