Training cycle synchronisation with steroid cycle

Looking for some anecdotal experiences, articles etc about how other powerlifters time their blast and cruises with their training cycles.

I'll typically run a 16 week training cycle and will blast test for the whole duration and add an oral in for the last 4 weeks during the peak.

I'll go down to cruise dose of test for another 16 week training cycle and only add in something like dbol for the last 4 weeks. Then come off the dbol and start my next training cycle at blast doses. Rinse and repeat.

Leaves me with 20 week blasts and 12 weeks cruises.

Bare in mind I'm still relatively new to AAS. Have only used test, dbol and tbol so far.

Don't quite understand what the question is? how to choose the ASS course and dosage in accordance with the loads and training period?

How does your training cycle look like?

4 blocks, 4 weeks each. Pretty typical periodised powerlifting programming. Last 4 weeks is always peaking for a meet or just testing in the gym

Ye it's kinda tricky to put into words.

Basically how to time steroid cycles to be most effective toward training cycles.

And how to program around cruises.

Here I think it is more necessary to specifically look at the person individually and look at his recovery between workouts.

In fact, different programs, again different goals of the task, somewhere voluminous training, somewhere intensive training. For example, the Soviet school has very large training volumes.
