Training Everyday

Listen to your body. Recovery is very important. As long as you're splitting your workouts in a way that allows recovery you'll be fine. Though it might wear you down.
 
Always evaluate what you're doing and ask yourself if it's moving you closer to your goals.

Training frequency should serve you making gainz. If it's not, you need to rethink it.
 
Depends how hard you are training and your split. Doing PPLPPLPPL non stop is going to get very tiring. But if you are on a bro split hitting different muscles each day it might work. It's good for the body to take a day off and get lots of rest.

But honestly if you are asking this question I assume you are new. So you probably want to aim for 4-6x a week
 
I wouldn't advise it. You're going to burn yourself out or possibly get injured. Throw in at least one rest day to split up your training.
