Training goals for the new year.

Just wanna keep getting stronger and leaning out. Gonna definitely try and focus more on my eating. I eat well for the most part but sometimes if im.jn a rush I might grab something quick that isn't as healthy, so I'm gonna be focusing on always having something prepped and ready to go if I'm in a rush.

Last time I was 220, the one I'm doing this month I'll be 242. I'm not really sure after I lean down again, I think 220 again likely because I can't see getting below 198.
Bet you might have some serious competition in that weight class, depending on which fed you are in. Just keep killin it!

Lol. Nope. Just haven't competed for some time. I was competing single ply for several years, and the past year I took off to focus on raw work. Hit just shy of an even 1900 single ply at my last meet. Now my raw numbers are higher than ever, and I really think I could hit 1820 by the end of 2016. Depressing to think that it s highly unlikely that I will ever hit Norris's raw numbers. That young man is a true beast.

Im waiting for the day someone says yes on here when we ask are you ------. Eventually it has to happen in this computer age.

Unfortunately I just googled it and laynes best ever was 1760 so I don't think he's jumping up 60pounds in his total as he currently is getting off a back injury and focusing on bodybuilding for a couple blocks.

Next one are you Jesse Norris training partner who I can't remember the name of? Because currently Jesse Norris is your only competition if your close to that number as he holds the largest drug tested total in that devision by like 100 pounds raw

Lol. It's not the first time I have gotten that response when posting on a board. It's something I have gotten used to. Those who see the numbers I put up as being unbelievable, don't really know the numbers being put up at the elite classification level. My numbers are "ok", but nothing to really brag about.

I am well aware of the elite category for your weight class and Layne took 2nd raw at the Arnold Classic in your devision with a total 60 pounds less then you are hoping for so.... They are something to brag about for sure and stop being humble makes all of us look bad :p

I never really thought about it. I might be naive but 92.3% of the time I give people the benefit until they prove themselves wrong. (or theyre that guy who claimed he had 25 in arms on cycle and took a selfie in his intro with 0 muscle)

The last I knew, 1870 was the ipf raw record. This could be wrong by now, but regardless, Jesse is going to smash the records.
I'll go ahead, and get this out of the way....I am aware that my numbers are higher than most, and many will doubt, and have many things to say because they do not believe it. All I can do is assure you that I am not an Internet warrior. (Which doesnt amount to much being it IS being said over the net)My numbers are true, and yes, I may be overly humble about my numbers, but I know they are not the best, and I will not act as if they are. There are far better competitors out there than I. Since I have not posted these numbers in a meet, having only competed single ply, I will not expect anyone to take my word for it. I respect the views, and comments of all the members on this board, and am excited to be here. I look forward to getting to know everyone here, and gaining knowledge from all the incredible members here.
