This is mainly for me. Feel free to skip over. This is to be an accountability training log.
I'll attach a google spreatsheet that I've been using to compile and track my progress as the weeks go. I'm doing 6 week cycles before changing things up, so I can have a solid set of data to track how I'm doing. I'm training with my cousin who is new to lifting, so I've had to slow things down in intensity a bit to make sure he is doing his lifts safely. Things will get faster and better in time.

This is week 6 of the first 6 weeks we are tracking. We are doing our weigh-in every 3 weeks. I'll be doing my next weigh in this Saturday. Next week we start a new 6 week cycle with all new lifts.

The spreadsheet is pretty intuitive. Each tab has data for each day of lifting and there is a tab graphing the progress by week at the end, as well as a cardio tracking tab and a weigh in tab.

I'll attach a photo from week 3's weigh in.
