Training natty vs steroids

Hey guys,

I recently started to consider starting my first cycle and have been training natty for 5+ years. What's the best advice you could offer me regarding training while on a cycle? In the past I have been focused on progressive overload and higher frequency workout compared to higher volume workouts.

Continue training as you have been, there is no need to change your training style going from natural to enhanced.

AAS will increase recovery time, strength, and stamina (among other things). However, if you look at 20 top level bodybuilders, you may find 20 different training styles. Just don't fall into the trap of increasing weight too quickly. Skeletal muscle grows quickly, connective tissues, joints, and ligaments do not.

Thanks for the advise. You're right that most bodybuilders preach their own techniques and styles and they are mostly all different. I will be sure not to increase weight too quickly because I don't want to snap my shit up lol. Don't train like an idiot
