Training, nutrition, cycle critique?

Good afternoon, Meso. New user here although I've been lurking off and on for probably close to a decade. So today I'm wondering if anyone would care to critique what I've been doing and also my plans for the future.

Stats are male, 34, 176 pounds at maybe 13% body fat. Abs are looking pretty decent in good lighting and I can see some delt striations after a shoulder session.

I'm currently cutting, trying to get a bit leaner before my first blast. I've been cruising at 200mg for almost a month now but have been cutting for maybe ten weeks.

Diet is 2100 cals on training days, 1800 on off days. Minimum 250g protein, carbs and fats vary. Carbs are usually around 200g on training days and less than 100 on off days, fats pretty consistent around 30-40g.

My food choices vary a bit day to day but it's mostly chicken breast, Greek yogurt, fruit, and whey.

I've been using 5 units humalog pre and post, Peri-MD intra and whey and breakfast cereal post.

Training is four days on: legs, chest, rest, back, rest, shoulders, rest. Not really doing much isolation for arms, like four sets for tris and bis after chest and back. I would prefer more training days but I have a three year old and a two month old and it's very hard to find the time.

I generally do four exercises per session, four sets each. Each set is just shy of failure, if form starts slipping that's when I call it. Aiming for 10-12 reps although I gas out pretty quick on squats so those might be less.

As I mentioned I'm currently running 200mg test c, split into daily jabs, pre/post humalog. Also 2 units growth and 1.5g metformin. Growth sends my fasted glucose up pretty quick but metformin has been keeping it acceptable so far. Also starting Albuterol this week, working up to 24mg/day.

I intend to cut for another three weeks and I would like to blast 500mg test for 16-20 weeks. I was considering titrating my test dose up like 75mgs each week until I hit 500 or start having estrogen sides.

I would also like to add an oral. I was leaning towards anavar either to kick start or finish with, or perhaps both lol. I was considering anadrol instead, I've heard a lot of people rave about it but I'm not sure that I'm interested in ballooning up with water... I was also considering maybe adding deca for the last half as well? I figured I'd just see how I was feeling and progressing and go from there.

I have arimidex, aromasin and raloxifene on hand as well as telmisartan if needed.

I estimate my maintenance calories to be around 2500 so was planning to shoot for 3000?

Same foods as previous bulks. Usually whey and fruit for first meal, chicken and rice, chicken and rice, bison and rice and an almond butter and banana sandwich. On training days I'll ditch the almond butter for more carbs around training. Same 250g of protein each day.

I'd love to go into more detail on training and nutrition but this post is a bit lengthy so I'll leave it at that for now. Thanks in advance for any feedback!
