I've used Bryan Haycock's Hypertrophy-Specific Training (HST) program for years:Is this the program you are running as well Millard? Training too much can effect shoulder and joint health.. I have been to this point and had to back off the volume a bit... But I agree that a lot of people use "over training" as an excuse to slack off.
