Training on the road

I'm mainly currently interested in staying lean and adding a bit of bulk, but nothing to rival Yates. I have limited access to facilities as I am on the road about 20 days per month in six different cities (about three days in each). I don't usually have time to locate a gym, pay for daily or weekly membership (not to mention the crazy cost!), workout, and still get my work done.

I've posted about this before but didn't get much of a response so I'm trying again. I'm looking for a workout that mainly uses bodyweight and can be done in a hotel room. I want to trim down some of the excess I've put on in the past six months living like a nomad. I'm currently doing pushups, situps, lunges, bodyweight squats, and light running. Anything else I could do?

Also, anyone have any ideas for eating healthy on the road? I'm having a hard time not going broke and still eating decent food.

Thanks guys!

You could get those adjustable "power block" dumbbells or whatever they're called and keep them in your trunk and use them at night.

And/or you can get a set of bands and do all the exercises you listed plus chin yourself on anything you come across.
