Hey bros, do any of you have an awesome training program you could send my way? I am not looking to bulk up anymore, just to cut up. I would like to drop about 7% bf by december, (impossible?). I like to do cardio on elipticals and prefer to work out 5x a week with weights, machines, etc. Any help would be cool. Also a good diet plan would rock! My stats: 222lb, 17%bf, 5'11"
