last year i was on this training split monday/chest&tris tuesday-back&bis websday-shoulders&legs then repeat for thurs, fri, sat. 6 days a week 16 sets per day on that split worked great. I went from 175 to 197 then kinda leveled off. swtich to one body part per day about 6 months ago. also worked great went from 197 to 230 with the 5x5 routine but again i am kind leveling off again. what other training splits does anyone recommened that they have had success with. i know your soposed to change your routine for the shock value because your body adapts. also what exercises would you recommend in the split. any help is appreciated

Not to flame but from reading your post you have went from 176 to 230 in about 1.5 years; that is over 50 lbs of mass. With those kind of gains we should be asking you for advice. In the stickies at the top of this forum read Animal mass favorite routines; that is all you will need.

how old are you? Are you on gear? What are your training goals - ie. - competitive bodybuilder, strength athletes, just want tail, etc.

i am 24 years old and have one cycle under my belt. as far as what am i looking for its kind of a combonation of all the above. I dont just want to compete or just to get stronger. I like the life style all the dedication, motivation it takes to get big. I like getting up in the morning going to the gym and watch my body grow. As far as specific goals go id like to get to about 255 or 260 and pretty lean. and would like to hit the 400 mark on my bench press
