Training: TenGrams Style?

Nah, not teng style just.. the right way I guess lol

No programs, no splits, no sets and reps will be told here. That I believe is specific to the individual, what I will TRY to explain here is the feel, the feel that is the RIGHT way to train to build muscle like a bodybuilder. I don't know shit about powerlifting so powerlifters and strength athletes won't get much from this.

So we often hear and read the something like "genetically superior" "it's genetics" but what does that mean? It's a combo of many things that line up with the person to let them look the way they do, here are some and then I'll tell more about one of the most IMPORTANT ones that typically doesn't get brought up very much.

  • muscle insertions/bellies
  • Bone structure
  • Natural strength
  • Height/proportions
  • Digestion/appetite
  • Drug response
  • **TRAINING ABILITY**
Some people have it and can wake it up within the first 6 months of training or even their first day in the gym. For most it's a learned feeling, the connection! It's the way you can use ONLY the targeted muscle the WHOLE movement with the RIGHT amount of tension with a heavy (enough) weight.

Take Ronnie Coleman, the way his bones are spaced out, the way his attachments are he ABSOLUTELY has connection with every single muscle in his body, he can probably get a pump in his arms just but flipping some eggs on the stove twice. All of his muscles were born woke lol.

So for those that don't have that genetic gift, we have to learn it. It's hard because often we have no idea even what to feel for or expect. But when you get it, when you feel it and have that first session with this feeling I'm trying to explain you will think FUCK!! This is what teng was talking about. Time to get fucking BIG.

How do I find this feeling teng?

I have not so great connection with my rear delts, and somewhat the long head of my tricep. Theirs a few ways to wake those fuckers up, both equally effective, combine the two and you'll open up a whole new world for yourself.

  • Site inject a Propionate or acetate into the muscle you want woken up.
  • Get on an exercise for the targeted muscle, concentrate REALLY HARD on the muscle while your doing especially slow reps. When you feel the pump starting to come into that muscle increase the weight and try to mimic the feeling of the slow reps with a shortened motion and pump the literal FUCK out of it.

Pin the muscle then do step two, no localized growth, this is just for connection, It helps and speeds up the process a bit.

A professional bodybuilder is a professional a contracting their muscles with a heavy weight applied to them, strive for that.

Oh and @rpbb wanted me to tell you all to run grams of gear

Go snort some more coke, and come back and post more of your made up bullshit

Lmao I saw you posted a thread an new this loser couldn't resist posting only a pussy ass keyboard warrior would talk so much shit on the computer

How about just consistently lift heavy ass shit. Compound exercises and lots of them. This will wake your inner juju up and get that connection going.

I don’t think there was anything wrong with what @tengtren wrote here. I think you all are picking up on “spot injection” but he clearly points out that’s not for growth. I get why he says that. Knot the muscle up a little and it makes it easier to feel that muscle working, to focus on that specific muscle.

Of course you get bigger with heavy compound movements. But to bring along some of the lagging muscles you need to perform isolated exercises to target those specific muscles and the reason why they’re lagging is probably because your body isn’t firing them the same way.

There’s some good advice in here.

Your join date for warhorse is dec 12 but obviously you've been here longer so who are you and what's your problem with me? I've chilled out lately
@tengtren I'll ask you the same thing. Join date of may 2018 and 1,800+ posts. First time on this forum? What is your other handles?

As for me, I've been around quite a few boards and have seen your type. Just a little brat that needs attention. I did have a name I rarely used quite a few years ago. Never really posted and dont remember the bs name I used.

Yes first time on this forum, I have another handle here I hardly use and it was made after I made this one. I have an account on sst that I don't use anymore. As for my post count idk what is wrong with it. I help where I feel I can whether or not people think it is actually helpful and the rest of the time I just have fun on here. Thanks for telling me about me glad you decided to become active

After that PPL contest, all of our post counts got blown out of proportion. Was a fun way to piss away a Saturday night though.
