Trap bar

Do you get the same results from using the trap bar,
than from using the strait bar.
Should i go heavy to get best results or go for form?

"Heavy" and "going for form" are not mutually exclusive. "Heavy" should simply mean lower rep rnages, still executed with perfect form. With the trap bar focus on gettong your butt down and your chest high at the start position (like the bottom of a squat rather than a DL) and try to treat it as a quad dominant lift, not as an erector / glute / ham dominant pull.

Regarding whether i get results from it it is a useful tool as an adjunct to or occasional replacement for conventional squatting and deadlifting.

Cheers,

G.
