Progress is progress atleast you didn't go backwards. So super bad lagging. I finished up my cycle last week, as promised hereare some pics. I tried to look cool in some but adding graphic effects but in no way do I look like that. Here they are, have a laugh. This cycled sucked, hopefully I can just blame it on the fact the sust probably didn't give me what I was expecting. Ended at 190lbs about 13-14% bfView attachment 48214 View attachment 48215 View attachment 48216 View attachment 48217 View attachment 48218

You look great man!So it's been about 9 weeks since my last blast. After water loss, I'm holding a steady 178-180 at supposedly 14.5% I've gotten stronger just on my trt, but since I dropped the deca trt (self prescribed 100mg/week) my tendinitis and arthritis have been killing me. I feel leaner, and I am stronger tho... I'm a little afraid to jump back on deca considering how bad it's been coming off doing the weight I'm doing. Here's and update pic after a chest session yesterday View attachment 51606
Thanks WP it means a lot coming from a beast such as your self. Can't wait to get a work out sesh in with ya in the near futureYou look great man!

It did and it didn't. I've been working out since I was 17, so just about 10 years going on 11. I've never made significant improvements but I never gave up. I started noticing a negative change in my by around 25-26 when I decided it wasn't worth killing my self with extreme dieting and pushing my self really hard at the gym just to be slim all year round. I starting eating more but still going to the gym, basically no change in life style other than upping calories. Needless to say the extra (bad) weight came packing on fast. Not sure if the accident I had at the gym (head injury due to improper carabiner attached to low row machine with wide grip bar breaking and hitting me in the eyebrow) attributed to my test levels but it was really down hill from then on out. So to answer your question it changed my life as far as physical goes with no change in lifestyle, and I do feel more energetic and good but I haven't changed much other than givin my diet 100%Amazing transformation. Shows how important test is for TRT qualified folks. And I bet TRT literally changed your lifestyle.
keep putting in work. Your doing great

Yeah, they're about 15 lbs or so. It smacked me in the eyebrow, busted it open, I rolled back on the bench and landed on my neck on the ground and rolled another turn or 2. After was said and done, I had herniated 13/24 vertebrae, concussion, and quite possibly made my micro adenoma bigger to further effect my t levels. Although I will never knowDamn good progress!
So you got already to do a set, started to pull, the thing broke, and smacked you in the face? Those fucking bars are heavy.

Haha I tried to sue only to have my medical bills paid off but large corporate gyms have basically an untouchable contact they make u sign. I've gone through the whole process, my lawyers dropped me because it was a lost cause. After my deposition with the opposing party, they asked me what I wanted and I just said I want my bills paid because it wasn't my fault and if I have some leftover cash cool. Luckily they saw it as I wasn't trying to come up and told me to get settlements on all my bills to lower the amount and then we could talk numbers. Otherwise they will take me to court and I won't get shitJesus Fucking Christ!! Its good to see you're healthy Trap.
This being 'Merica and all....I hope you sued the shit out of em!!
The gym I go to doesn't take care of their equipment, at all. I can feel something bad is gonna happen soon. Just hope it doesn't happen to me.
