New cycle update.
Started last week, backed off my dosage, now on 500 test c westward and I forget what the other is, all pharm grade. With 300 deca. Not sure if I wan a do 600 instead. I haven't really measured or weighed my self. I'm a lot bigger and leaner coming on than where I ended at my last blast. I was on 75mg yet weekly for 6 weeks and was able to regain most of the strength lost coming off cycle. Not sure if this will be a bulk cycle, for now it is as I'm forever small. Whole point of this cycle is to see where I compare with ugl's and pharm grade

those are good numbers I think. I have gotten a little higher at 3500, 250 pinned twice. But its fine. I wouldn't expect 4000 tt numbers. but 2500-3000 for me, at that dose.

I think you should workout more. Do each muscle two times a week. I read the first pages and last so idk if ur still doing the texas thing. But doing one muscle a week, while on the roads your on, you can do each muscle more. I am on 700 then 700 app 600 test. I can basically hit legs eod and they grow. I do chest, back 2 times a week. I even did arms 2 days in a row. You recover fast of roaids. Doing one muscle a day is not enough IMO.
 
Also another thing. I find that when I eat increased protein like 300-350 grams a day. I can cut fat and gain weight. Its when I eat too much carbs combined with to much fat when I get pudgy. But eating 300-350 grams protein, 300 g carbs(I lately I have been eating 500) and then make sure my fats don't go above 80. I really see results. But If I eat that same diet lower my protein to 200-250 and eat 350 carbs and 150 fats, its worse on my aesthetic look.

300 g protein=1200 cals
300 g carbs = 1200 cals
80 g fat is 720 cals
3120 cals I am 230 pounds and still gaining.

If I increase carbs to 500 thats 2000 cals making it close to 4000.

You obviously didn't read my entire thread buddy. I consume 4000-4500 calories a day, my workouts consist of anywhere from 2-4 hours. I don't update my log with my workouts as I feel people aren't interested in knowing. And the numbers are legit as it was a cycle with my pharmaceutical test that I get from the pharmacy. Next time pay attention ;)

Edit: you assume I just do Texas method with no accessory work. Don't assume, next time ask.
