Travel w/Cyprionate and Syringe

I switched over to injectibles about a month ago. I never thought how this would impact travel. I'm home for the most part on the weekends and do my weekly injection on Sunday. However there will be a few days this year I'm sure that I won't be home on Sunday.

What are the rules for travel? I assume I should pack syringe in checked baggage with a copy of the prescription and perhaps an extra copy on me just in case. I would carry the vial in my carry on to make sure it doesn't get broken or stolen.

What about international travel?

Has anyone run into any hassles?

It can't be that hard because I've seen sharps containers in airport bathrooms.

I've traveled domestically with test cyp, hgh, and hcg. The test cyp and syringes were in the checked luggage. The gh and hcg were in a portable insulin cooler that was carried on. I took copies of the scripts. I was never asked to produce them. I may be going to Holland this summer so I'll find out then--I don't intend to leave anything behind.

On the weeks where you WON'T be around on Sundays, will you be around on Monday? Saturday? If it was only a day, I would just switch the day that week. If it was TWO days, I'd still switch it with Swale's permission. I'd hate to have to travel with this stuff.

Yeah if it was one day then I would just let it lapse, but there will be a time in August when I am going on a two week vacation to Alaska.

There shouldn't be any problems at all. Keep the pins in the checked bags. At the counter you should request that your bags are hand checked by the TSA agents because of what's in them. They then place a seal on em stating they've been checked at which point you're allowed to lock it.

Next, just carry all of your vials in your carry-on. Ensure you have a copy of the script with you. That's all you need to do. Nothing illegal about having that stuff so no need to worry. Nothing dangerous about a couple of vials of oil and water. They won't confiscate them or give you a hard time. There are thousands of diabetics flying every day who have to keep their needles with them even on the plane and they don't get hassled at all.

Just make sure you have a cooler pouch for the HCG and HGH!!
