Traveled To G-head'd Gym...and The W/o

BROS....i went to g-heads gym yesterday and he put me through THE most intense arm workouts i have ever been through...It felt as though my bis and tris were about to explode.....

He is an awesome bro, dedicated trainer, and his philosophies are sound based on several years of training competitors.

He also was kind enough to take me to lunch after the workout too...my arms were feeling it....but it was that good feeling you....the feeling that arnold said in pumping iron....."the pump you get in the muscles,....its almost as satisfying as cuming....can you imagine how much in heaven i am....when i am at the gym i'm cuming, when i am at home i am cuming, backstage pumping up i am cuming....on stage i am cuming,......"

Thanks for the solid regarding the workout, my fiancee and I finally got to put a face with the name so-to-speak. Any meso bros traveling through the southeast have always got a place they can catch a workout and swap some lies.
