This is my second brew with pellets. First go around I shot for 100mg/ml. Stuff worked great. Had that spicy taste but I don't think I completely dissolved the pellets.
This time I took my time and dissolved everything completely. Still doing 100mg/ml. Used hot water to warm everything up. Everything came out nice and clear. Stuff is darker in color and has the same spicy taste only stronger.
Here's my question...this shit has a nasty smell and after taste. Only way i can discribe it is its kind of a soupy taste and smell. Is this normal?
The first brew has a milder smell and soupy after taste so I'm assuming this stuff is just much stronger. I'm a little worried giving it a go...first batch was strong enough!
