It looks like the actual powder hasn't fully broken down, makes me think the process is fucked. It tells me it was never filtered as well. Could be wrong but that's my take. Either that or it's growing mold or something and the pic is just out if sorts
What lab is that? Show the other vials, that would concern me beyond all belief

Yeah was used three times actually. No pip or other issues. Didn't notice the swirl until after. Just started a new vial.
