I did 30mg a day 210mg a week and got pretty damn good results for such a small dosage. Even ramped up to 350 and back down. I was still doing an hour on the stairclimber a day no problem, but when I had sex I’d get winded quickly. So only intense cardio was effected.
I also got no sides. For a while I thought I got tren insomnia, but now im doubtful. When I started tren in got this habit of waking up twice in the night, once about an hour or two after I fell asleep, after which I’d fall right back asleep. Then again around 4am except this time it took a bit to fall back asleep. Over two months off and I still have this. I don’t really think it was the tren.
