Congrats on the weight loss, very impressive!I might get slaughtered here, but I switched to a plant based diet about 4 months ago. Lost over 30 pounds so far. Joints feel better (even before I lost the weight) and my strength is still there. I get protein, just not from meat. No diary is hard, but huge. I am not cycling right now, but will be in about 2 months, but I did start this diet at the end of my last cycle and results were apparent in a week. Just some thoughts, my bloodwork has gotten way better, too. Off Cholesterol meds now.
