Tren (lean?) bulk or get leaner first?

Sup everyone,

So, lately I've been wanting to step up the game with my physique and try to compete in a couple years.

I currently feel kinda small so I'd like to bulk but I'm still kinda high BF so Ill try to stay as lean as possible.
I've been reading some threads and I've seen people going as far as losing BF while bulking with tren so I was thinking of doing something like this :

1-10 TREN A 350mg/w
1-10 TEST A 200mg/w
1-10 HCG 250 iu eod

Asin on hand and possibly a couple week of Dbol or tbol to kick-start.

As far as stats and gear experience I'm 5ft10 190lbs and i've run several test only cycle in the past and one low dose tren cycle.



So my question is do you think I'm good to bulk or would you get leaner first?

You can compete as you are now in bikini physique or how they call that category. A 12 weeks and you are good to go. But the reward is 0 compared with the work that is put in.

I'd like to do classic physique, that's why I said i need couple years (at least)
 
You look fine to do either, really. If you want to be big, then bulk. If you want to be Mr Beach Bod, then lean up a little, shave, and tan. You aren't overly fat or overly skinny.

Yeah, to get enough weight for CP, you'll need a couple of years of growth I think. What's the weight limit at 5'10 for CP?
 
Forgot to add that I prefer quick esters short cycles for quick recovery as I do pct and like to have a child in the future.

A bit lower dosage but you will have time to up the dosage in the next cycle. In general more is better if you can eat enough and get the training in there.
I don't use a ratio myself as I don't see a point in doing that. I view cycles as what substance doing what and what I need at that time.
For example test to have the basic function and 200 mg is doing that and you add the rest of the anabolics dependent on the goal you have at the time. For example deca for joint support and the 19nor characteristics of giving fullness. Is like you go shopping and you "buy" each anabolic depending on your goal until you reach total mg/kg you want/need to use for that cycle. A classic physique is using around 15 mg/kg,a bodybuilder around 25 mg/kg
Nowadays I only do high test cycles and add couple hundreds of tren and a oral as is doing the job well. I suggest doing that if you don't have problems with estrogen from test. Test is cheap and you can get big and strong on only test
Use the rest of substance in contest prep...

Not really. There are other people who do the things the same.
In 12 years of steroids I have learned a lot about this subject and I got to the conclusion that there is no secret, no game changer anabolics, no complex training that will give you far better results. Keep things simple with everything and you will have same or better results as the guy that is complicate his life more with the new training style or whatever he is doing
Those who say that they found something that is different and will change everything are the same guys that will spread their hand and ask for money to sell to you that.
Things are simple but people complicate them.
