It's a good thing to lay off porn. It's hard to do when you are a younger guy, but I really think it ruins the dopaminergic system in your body as it relates to sex.

The problem is you have these androgens coursing through your body, and you have no rotation going. You've got to get laid and then immediately transfer that sexual courage and intensity to another female. That's the first step. If you don't get a rotation going where you have sex multiple times a week, you will be back to jacking off to tranny feet in a couple days.

And primo, masteron, tren, winstrol, anavar will add weight to your frame with little to no bloat. If you really want to get into glycogen it's not going to add any more than a lb or two to your frame at most. It's a subtle thing.

Wouldn't use a random photo for accurate body fat % that you could create with basic knowledge of copy and paste. Get a DXA scan.

The 300mg tren actually hardened me up, the EQ sort of softened me up. It's the androgens that make you lean/masculine and EQ is one of the least androgenic AAS compounds. It's a bulking compound. But 75mg tren isn't a whole lot of androgens and gives you hypothyroidism over time which makes you chubby.

There's a reason cattle farmers/feed lots don't give cattle more tren than 25mg per week. It's not because they're cheap it's been studied by the agriculture industry ad nauseum. Low dose tren makes the cattle fat and tasty while high dose tren makes them tough and lean.

No clue if hometeam is full of shit or not but I will say that I have put on 30lbs in 3-4 months so I know it is 100% possible, very rare but possible. I had the perfect setup for rapid gain though. I was like 215 and in great shape and then my testosterone plummeted and I completely lost my apetite. Went on like this for months, I could easily go a day or two without eating without even noticing.

I dropped down to 140lbs at 6ft, literally looked like I was going to die. I finally got tired of the Dr's fucking me around so i took it into my own hands and started on 500mgs of test. Everything I lost came back quick. It happened you can choose to believe it or not, it was mainly thanks to muscle memory as someone mentioned earlier. I definitely know it isn't possible to grow 30lbs of new muscle that fast.
