K so just started to rough draft my diet and right know im sitting with 4447 cal. 418 protein. 202 carbs. 253 fat. Hows this look?

That is mucho protein! What's stats right now? Some ppl can't get fat on 5kcals but I sure can... If your eating 3500 and have abs now u should be fine as I think we are similar weight (205)?
Im 29 at 6 1" 195 right now. I do have abs ......when flexing. They still show in the morning when i get up though. My avi is towards the end of my last cycle. I was 208 and at 5500 to 6k a day

i wasnt sure on what tren and npp sides would be . Ive heard npp can lower sex drive but tren makes it through the roof. So ill see what happens. I really hope to get the most of the 8 weeks! Im pumped about itYou will be good then bro. If you go excess, do it in protein and fats, not carbs.
Only thing that gives me dick problems is e2.. On deca now. IMO add some low dose winny 20-30mg/day your whole cycle. IME DHT mimetic like mast or winny REALLY pairs well with 19-nors as they are progesterone agonists and DHT will mitigate some of the negatives! A cheap add on well worth it
